Hi. Can you make online reservations for the Wishes Dessert party? Is their a sample menu of desserts usually offered? Want to make sure it is something that my picky kids will eat. Is there a view from every table ro do you have to sit by the railing?

    Hi Alicia,

I just did the Wishes Dessert party last week at the recommendation of one of my co-panelists. It was INCREDIBLE!  To make reservations, call 407-WDW-DINE.  Payment is expected at the time of booking.

I have not seen a menu on line but I can share some of the dessert choices we had - there were just too many for me to remember all of them. I'll start with some items that were probably geared toward kids but I found them to be yummy as well: Rice Krispie Treats, cookies, doughnut holes, cupcakes, brownies and fresh fruit. Now for some of the others: Key Lime Tarts, Fruit Tarts, Tiramisu, Creme Brulee, Chocolate covered strawberries, mango shooters, cheesecake - wow I wish I could remember them all but there were so many and I almost hurt myself trying to eat them all - LOL! They were all amazing! Beverages included milk, hot tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fruit punch and water.

None of the table were set up right next to the railing but all looked like they offered a super view. We had an amazing view at our table but if you can't see as well as you'd like I did see people moving chairs around. It was a very relaxed atmosphere with an incredible view of the castle and Tinker Bell flies right towards you before disappearing over your head.

There are some other added bonuses - there is a restroom nearby which was nice with kids. There was also lots of "elbow" room so kids could move around without bumping into everyone.  You didn't have to line up 2 hours in advance for a good spot.  The dessert party begins an hour prior to whenever Wishes is scheduled and you get to spend it eating wonderful desserts.  There is also a PhotoPass Photographer on hand that can get some great shots of your family with Cinderella Castle in the background.

It was one of the best ways and places I've ever viewed Wishes and I'll have a hard time watching it any other way.  Wishing you many magical memories :-)
