    Online reserv for Hollywood&Vine says no character lunch but reviewers talk about characters @ buffet lunch. Which is correct? Don't want to go w/o characters. Also doing Donalds Safari & Akershus. Did CRT & Chef M this year so looking for some

    When using the Disney Dining Online Reservations system, a default message indicating that no characters are present often will come up when characters are not present - or if not all meals at that location include Disney Characters.

    Hollywood & Vine at Disney's Hollywood Studios is one of those restaurants which sometimes causes a bit of confusion in that area. At dinner, the restaurant operates as a dinner buffet without characters. However, at both breakfast and lunch, Hollywood & Vine becomes Disney Junior Play 'n Dine - a lively dining experience filled with fun for the little ones! You'll see all the details at the link I've included for you just above. If it's lunch that you've reserved, you'll most definitely be enjoying the fun of the Disney Junior Characters while you dine!

    I just enjoyed Donald's Dining Safari breakfast at Tusker House for my 40th Birthday and it was great fun with fantastic food. Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus has long been amongst my favourite Character Dining experiences at Walt Disney World. You've got some excellent choices picked out!
