To remove a name from your existing reservation, start by signing in to your
My Disney Experience account. Once signed in, scroll down to find your upcoming reservation. You should see an option labeled "Modify" near your reservation details. This feature allows you to update the number of guests on your reservation and adjust who is listed.
If the online modification option isn’t available, no worries! A Cast Member can assist you with this change. Simply call (407) 934-7639, have your confirmation number ready, and let them know the updated number of guests and the name of the individual who can no longer visit.
