How do I online remove names from planned stay because of medical reason

    Hi there, Mark,
I’m thrilled to help you with your question about your upcoming Disney vacation. I’m sorry to hear that your family member or friend won’t be able to join you on this trip, but I’m here to guide you through the process of adjusting your reservation.

To remove a name from your existing reservation, start by signing in to your My Disney Experience account. Once signed in, scroll down to find your upcoming reservation. You should see an option labeled "Modify" near your reservation details. This feature allows you to update the number of guests on your reservation and adjust who is listed.

If the online modification option isn’t available, no worries! A Cast Member can assist you with this change. Simply call (407) 934-7639, have your confirmation number ready, and let them know the updated number of guests and the name of the individual who can no longer visit.

Mark, I hope this helps and that you will visit with us again soon. Also, if you have existing Advanced Dining Reservations, be sure to update the number of guests.

Wishing you a magical and memorable Disney vacation!

    Toodles,
