Where can I make online payments for my trip? I've looked under My experience and see nothing about payments.

    Hey Jessica!

Welcome to planDisney! I am so excited to hear that you have an upcoming trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth. This is such an amazing time to visit with new attractions to experience like Remy's Ratatouille Adventure and Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway. The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration is also going strong, featuring the Fab 50 Character Collection and magical EARidesent theming throughout all four parks.

When trying to make a payment through My Disney Experience, you will need to be on the link titled "My Plans". It is important to note that you must do this through the official Walt Disney World website, not through the My Disney Experience app. If you do not see your current travel plans, you may need to link them. This can be conveniently done through My Disney Experience. When looking at the site, you can do this by scrolling over the Resort Hotel icon, and clicking "Link a Reservation. If you are logged in to My Disney Experience on a web browser and have a balance due, there will be an option to click titled "Make a Payment". If you are still unable to access the payment option, you are able to make payments over the phone at 407-939-7675.

Keep in mind that if your reservation was made by a travel agency, this option is not available. All payments would be made through the agent that secured your upcoming trip for you.

If your reservation is for a Disney Resorts Collection hotel room only, final payment will be made when you arrive.

I hope these tips help make your online payments a breeze.
    Have a marvelous time!
