Online there is no dash on the dates but they are grey. Does that mean they are sold out?

    Hello, Natya,

Great question. The available theme park reservations for different types of theme park tickets will show up differently when making a purchase. If a given ticket type is valid for a selected date but park reservations are not currently available for that date, the date will display a slash through it. If that ticket type is not valid for a particular date, the date will be displayed grayed out without any park icon.

Note that some promotional tickets are valid only during certain periods. For example, the 2024 Kids’ Special Ticket Offer is only valid from January 8, 2024, through March 10, 2024. The 2024 Disney Military Promotional Park Hopper Ticket is valid from January 2, 2024, through December 13, 2024. When purchasing park tickets or booking park reservations with one or more of these ticket types included, only the dates that are valid for all ticket types in the transaction will show with either available park tickets or a slash indicating park reservations are not currently available. If your desired travel date isn’t showing as valid, you may need to select a different ticket type that is valid for that date.

Tony’s Tip: If you discover that the theme park reservation calendar shows no reservations available for your planned travel date, here are suggestions that may help:

    1. Keep checking the calendar for reservations that may become available should other Guests need to cancel.
    2. If travel dates are flexible, check for availability on other nearby dates.
    3. If staying at one of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels, be sure to use the "My Hotel Reservations" page to access theme park reservations exclusively for hotel Guests.

I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Natya. Please come back to planDisney if there are any other questions you may have as you prepare to visit The Happiest Place on Earth!
