Hi, My ? is should we do online ck in. We will be traveling w/ 2 other parties and we are arriving at different times. We want our rooms to near each other that is our only request. We arrive in 10 days. What would you do?

    Hi Luis,

Did all 3 parties put in the same request to be near each other? If not, make sure you all call 407-939-7675 and give the names/confirmation numbers of the other resevations. Also, you can call the resort directly exactly 9 days in advance and ask to speak with the room assigner. They get the arrival lists at that point, so calling sooner wouldn't do any good. If you want to send me a follow-up message with which resort you are staying in, I can get you the phone number. Personally, I wouldn't do online check-in. I would have whichever party arrives first talk to the front desk. Verify at that point that they have the requests and see if it can be honored. Keep in mind that while room requests are never guaranteed, Disney does do their best to honor them based on availability.

Hope this helps and have a wonderful vacation,
