    Hello, I just did online check-in for our stay at the Port Orleans Riverside. We have a preferred room and I would like to select a specific building. I was only given options regarding floor preference. How do I request a building?

    Hi Terry!

         I love staying at Port Orleans Resort-Riverside!   The preferred rooms are in buildings that are located nearer to the main building which houses the food court and is right near the Disney buses to all the theme parks. You can request a specific building when you are at Riverside picking up your online check in packet.  Typically if you have a special request, the Cast members will try to honor it if the rooms are available (it is not that difficult for them to assign you another room even if you have already done the online check in).

    I hope that your stay at Port Orleans Riverside is truly magical and memorable on your next trip to Walt Disney World!
