    Our online check-in still says pending three days after submission. What's up? We've cruised before and knew what to upload. Our fellow cruisers have completed it and selected an arrival time.

    First, congratulations on completing your Disney Cruise check-in! You're just about to embark on your magical vacation. You don't need to worry; your submission is in good hands. Sometimes, it takes a little time, but you'll get the approval well before you set sail. I’ve had our submission pending for a few hours up to several days.

    At the end of the online check-in, you'll choose your Port Arrival Time. If you happen to miss that step, head back to Already Booked > My Reservations to select your arrival time. From there, you can print or email yourself the Port Arrival Form. 

    Julie, I know you're a seasoned Disney Cruiser; however, if it's been a while since your last voyage, you might be interested in the latest addition to the fleet – DisneyBand+. With the band, you can breeze through boarding, access your stateroom, and even make onboard purchases. And trust me, there are some extra magical surprises packed in there, too. You can preorder yours now or pick one up on the ship.
