    what is online check-in? Im staying at KV. when i arrive do i check in at the akl? what is the earliest time we can check in and get our park tickets and get my key to the world card?

    Hi Erica,

    Online check-in allows you to complete some steps of checking in to your resort online rather than at the hotel itself. You can input credit card information and input any special needs there. It's supposed save you a bit of time at the desk upon arrival. I've done it a few times and personally don't think it makes much of a difference, but others have found it to be helpful. You can check in online up to 10 days prior to your arrival.

    The check-in desk for Kidani Village is at Kidani Village. You should not stop first at the main Jambo House building.

    You can check-in at your resort as soon as the computer system flips over to the next day. Generally this happens at about 2:00 to 3:00 in the morning. You could arrive as early as that to register at the hotel and get your Key to the World Card and any park tickets or dining plan credits that you've purchased. Your room will likely not be ready at that time, but you can be set to head to the parks and they'll text you when your room is ready.
