    On-line check-in: If we are a Grand Gathering and have 4 separate reservations, should each reservation do their own check-in, or will I, as the designated Planner, need to do all of the checking-in at one time? Thanks for all the great info. Love y'all!

    Hi Donna!

         Well you sound like one FABULOUS chick - I am always the designated planner as well!!!  Each family may certainly check in online if they so choose, or you may do it for them.  Whoever does it will need the name of the lead guest on each reservation, the confirmation number and the travel date.  You will also be prompted to enter mailing addresses and a contact number while you are on vacation.  You are also given the opportunity to attach a credit card number to the Key to the World card at this time as well.  Of course, they may always add one later if they would like to do so.  As soon as y'all hit the 10 day mark, just go for it!
