Hi Martha!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! If you are asking about the Online Check-In process then you must be getting close to your 75-day window, which is SO EXCITING because that means your vacation is almost here!!
When you go to complete your
Online Check-In, you will be able to select a Port Arrival Time which is the time that you will arrive at the port for check-in and registration before embarkation. If you plan on completing the Online Check-In for all reservations linked, then you will be able to select the same Port Arrival Time for all. Then, once you complete the check-in at the port on embarkation day you will receive a boarding card with a number on it. If you all check-in at the port together then you can request that you receive the same boarding card group number! Once Disney Cruise Line begins the embarkation process you will wait for your Boarding Group to be called and then the real fun begins!!
I think a cruise is the best way to travel with a group…. because there will be something for everyone! With a full schedule and a
variety of activities to choose from, everyone will find something to their liking! Make sure you have the
Navigator app downloaded to your smartphones so you can keep up with one another’s whereabouts via the chat feature on it! And, you don’t need an internet package to use it onboard; you’ll simply connect to the DCL-GUEST WiFi network onboard and be connected to one another!
Wishing you a magical and memorable adventure at sea!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
