If I want to use the on-line check in for our stay at Bay Lake Towers is there a place to make room requests during the check in process? For example, higher floor, quiet away from elevators.

    Hi, Andrea!

I love doing Online Check-in.  You get to your resort, grab your keys from the desk, and you are off to the magic!

During the Online Check-in process, there is a place for some basic requests, such as low floor, needing a pack and play, and other very basic requests.  If you have a specific requests such as away from elevators, your best bet would be to call (407)W-DISNEY (have your reservation number handy) and add this request to your reservation or to send a fax to the resort about 4-5 days prior to your arrival.   Send the fax  to Bay Lake Towers (407-824-3539)  attn:  Room Assignments.

Remember that all requests will be noted but cannot be guaranteed.   I hope you get the perfect room for your family at the lovely Bay Lake Tower!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
