    Online check in says I need a PIN number . Do I make my own or is one assigned to me

    Hi Nedra!

    Great question! You can definitely make your own! Personally, if I had one assigned to me, I would probably not remember it so I appreciate the fact that we can assign our own. If you have other family members on your reservation and you want to give them charging privileges, make sure they have this number too, as you can only designate one pin number. Hope this helps!
