    Dear Monica,

Thanks for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about Disney's Polynesian Resort, which is my favorite hotel hands down at the Walt Disney World Resort!

When you complete the online check-in and make your requests, they are really just that, requests. Unfortunately, Disney is not able to make any guarantees about where you will be located at the resort. They will review all online check-ins and arriving guests and they will absolutely do their best to get your family the location that you desire, but they cannot guarantee specific buildings or rooms.

What I will say about the Polynesian, though, is that there are no bad rooms there! Every location is wonderful in a different way, and I know that you'll be comfortable wherever you are.

Moms Panel tip - May I recommend the "Twilight Feast" offered by in-room dining at the Polynesian? It is such a delicious treat that your whole family will love after a long day in the parks!

    Have a magical time planning!
