If we do online check in can we go straight to the parks or do we still need to stop by the hotel on our first day?

    Hi Morgan,

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I completely understand wanting to jump right into the fun as soon as you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort.

Online Check-in is a great way to save time on the check-in process. However, I do want to tell you a couple things about your tickets. You can certainly go straight to the parks using your MagicBands. However, you will not be able to make any purchases until you complete the check-in process at your Disney Resort Hotel. This is because purchases made with a MagicBand are essentially the same as charging something to your room and your hotel will need to have a confirmed credit card on file.

If you have time, I recommend a quick stop at the Front Desk of your hotel to get everything set up before heading to the parks. And as an added bonus, when you are ready to crash, you'll have one less barrier between you and your comfy bed!

I hope this helps and that you have a great vacation, Morgan. Please say hi to Mickey for me!
