We just did online check in for our family. I know that we receive our Key to the World card upon checkin, but do we then purchase park tickets from the concierge and have the park ticket added to our Key to the World card or do we do it in before arrival?

    Hi there, Carol!

I hope you are getting excited for your upcoming trip; it's going to be phenomenal.

You can arrange your Park tickets with your Resort concierge upon arrival. You can do it beforehand and have them added retroactively, but it might be easier to present your Keys to the World (one for each member of your traveling party) and have the admissions added directly onto the Key. That will give you the luxury of carrying only the one card around for the duration of your vacation.

    A word of advice:

Make sure to photocopy, scan, pr photograph the numbers on your Key to the World. This way, should you lose your Key, or if you have unused days that you wish to use on another trip, your Guest Relations representative will be able to access the information easily.

Keys to the World cards only carry the room code number, not the ticket number/s, which is accessible only via computer system. Keeping a separate copy of that information will save a great deal of time and energy, should you need to access that information for any reason.

    See you later, celebrator,
