Ahoy, Stephanie!
Welcome to planDisney! I know how much you are looking forward to your April vacation with Disney Cruise Line and getting some much-needed vitamin sea!
At this time, all Disney Cruise Line ships, except the Disney Adventure, support the
DisneyBand+ technology onboard. I'm sorry you are having difficulties purchasing online, as sometimes there is a system glitch. My first recommendation is to try using a different browser (or clearing the cache) instead of the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. You can also call
Disney Cruise Line at 1(800) 951-3532 to see if an agent can help with your issue. They are available Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm EST. If you are unable to get the bands ordered in time, you will find a selection for sale in the onboard
merchandise shops. They will open once the ship sets sail.
Guest Services will be happy to assist you with linking the bands to make sure they work onboard. If you have any MagicBands from a previous Disney Parks vacation, those can also be used for your sailing. The Cast Member who checks you in at the cruise terminal can help get those set up to use on the ship. I also want to mention that DisneyBand+ is optional on your sailing, as you'll also receive a
"Key to the World" card when you arrive at your stateroom. I tend to use both on my sailings!
Stephanie, I'm excited that your cruise is quickly approaching, and you'll be able to let the amazing Cast & Crew of Disney Cruise Line take care of everything you need during your vacation. Your incredible
dining team will make mealtime a breeze, and the fantastic cruise staff will keep you as busy as you'd like with a fabulous
activity line-up! And you'll wake up to breathtaking scenery each day. I know you can't wait!
Good luck with your DisneyBand+ and best wishes for the most magical vacation!
Nancy
