    if I do Online check in can I still cancel if I need to?

    Hi JoAnn! I see you are scheduled to arrive at Walt Disney World Resort soon!

    I hope you are able to visit Walt Disney World Resort! It's such a great time to be there!

    You will need to contact your travel planner or speak with a Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936. Whomever you booked through can review your information and let you know what policies apply to your reservation.

    If you do move forward with your reservation, be sure to check out the limited-time experiences occurring throughout Walt Disney World Resort! From surprise Character visits to themed food and limited-time special edition merchandise, it's a truly magical time to be at Walt Disney World Resort!
