    I want to do online check in for The Art of Animation, We are to check in at 3:00, but we have reservations at the T-Rex cafe at 3:30. So my question is do I have to physically be at the resort at 3, or does it all go to the magic band?

    Hi Robert,

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My family has stayed at Disney's of Animation Resort on three different occasions, and it has become one of our favorite Resort Hotels. My kids love the "larger than life" characters that are showcased throughout the Resort and enjoy splashing the day away in the Big Blue Pool. You're going to have a great time there!

    If you have completed online check-in, provided your credit card information, and received a "Direct to Room" email, then you should be able to go straight to T-REX in Downtown Disney Area. The "Direct to Room" email indicates that everything has been activated, and you are all set to start enjoying the Theme Parks and Dining Reservations. 

    If you did not receive an email, then you can call (407) 939-3463 to make sure they have all of the information needed so that everything is activated. You can also go to your Resort Hotel prior to the 3:00 P.M. check-in time on the day of your arrival to be sure they have all of the necessary information.
