    Hi! I want to take my one-year old son to Disney World/Animal Kingdom for his 1st Birthday through 12/13/2015 to 12/18/2015. I was wondering if there are any special birthday discounts or offers for the little ones? We are Florida residents. Thanks!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I can't think of a better way to celebrate your son's First Birthday than at Walt Disney World Resort!

    I've got some good news for you. Since you are a Florida resident, you are eligible for special discounts on several different types of park tickets. Plus, room discounts are also offered from time to time for Florida residents. Just keep checking back for new offers and hopefully you will find something that works for your family. Also, since your son is under the age of 3, he will not need a park ticket for admission. Only children age 3 and over need park tickets.

    So, I hope this helps you plan a magical birthday for your little one. Make lots of memories and enjoy every minute of it!
