Greetings, Jan!
I’m delighted to hEAR that you’re
bringing your little Mouseketeer to the Happiest Place on Earth in less than two weeks! You’re going to love seeing the Disneyland Resort through his eyes.
When I’m planning a Disneyland Resort visit for my family, the easiest way to determine who can ride which attraction is to use the filter function on the
Attractions page. I suggest filtering by either “Preschoolers” (under “Age Interest”) or selecting “Any Height” (under “Height”). This will provide a thorough list of which attractions are ideal for your family to enjoy together. Some of my favorite family attractions include “it’s a small world”, Casey Jr. Circus Train, Disneyland Railroad, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, and The Little Mermaid ~ Ariel’s Undersea Adventure.
If you have another adult or supervising Guest with you (14 years or older) you may also consider trying out
Rider Switch, which allows you and your Guest to switch roles at
select attractions at both parks, without the second person waiting in the regular queue again.
Lastly, I highly recommend taking advantage of the
Baby Care Centers, available at both parks. I’ve been utilizing these centers for the past seven years, and have found them to be a comfortable spot to nurse, feed, change, and simply regroup.
I hope you and your Mouseketeer make memories to last a lifetime!
Kristin
