Hi Hala!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with this great question! I can't believe you'll be visiting
Walt Disney World in less than a month.
I have great news for you, Hala! Whether you have tickets to the parks or not, you can still eat dinner at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort any day during your stay. Park tickets are not required to eat at any Walt Disney World restaurant located at a Disney Resorts hotel. If you were planning to eat at a dining location inside the Magic Kingdom, a park ticket would be required.
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort has some of my favorite places to eat.
'Ohana and Kona Cafe are both at the top of my family's list. Not only is the dinner at each restaurant fantastic, but the breakfast offerings are out of this world! The Macadamia Nut Pancakes at Kona Cafe keep me coming back time and time again. If you have the chance to eat at this resort multiple times, you will not go wrong doing so. Also, don't forget to make Advanced Dining Reservations for any table service restaurant you plan to eat at. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made now for your stay next month.
If you only plan to visit Walt Disney World for the day and have one-day park tickets to the Magic Kingdom, a quick
monorail ride over to the Polynesian Village Resort for dinner is a great idea. You can exit the park and hop on the resort monorail for dinner at the restaurant of your choice. Then, once you are finished, head back to the Magic Kingdom to catch the nighttime spectacular.
Hala, I hope this information helps you plan for your upcoming stay! Have a magical trip!
See ya real soon!
Greg
