Hi there, Alison!
Thanks for visiting us at
planDisney as you prepare to say
bonjour to Disneyland Paris. You’re less than two weeks away from the magic. Can you believe it? Like you, I’m finalizing the details of an upcoming Disney vacation, and life just seems to have a bit more sparkle these days.
It sounds like you're hoping to maximize the magic of your vacation by purchasing access to the
reserved viewing area for both
Disney Tales of Magic and
Disney Stars on Parade. This is a great idea if you're looking for an incredible view but don't want to dedicate an hour of your day to securing a prime location. Because access to the reserved viewing area is such a time saver, it's wildly popular among Guests and frequently sells out, so I completely understand your desire to book the experience as soon as you are able.
After speaking with several Disneyland Paris representatives, Alison, I was informed that reserved viewing area access becomes available for purchase for Guests along varying timelines depending upon the type of vacation package and the manner in which it was booked. If you booked your visit through a third party, your reserved viewing access booking window will open one week before your arrival date, but unfortunately, there is not currently a designated time that that reservations and bookings will become available.
They representatives also helpfully shared that reserved viewing areas for both fireworks and parades are currently being sold for dates through the end of April, so I suggest checking availability through the Disneyland Paris website or the Disneyland Paris app to periodically to see if you are able to add the purchase to your booking a bit earlier than anticipated. You might also consider reaching out to your travel agent directly to see if they have any additional insight for you.
I hope this was helpful, Alison, and that your visit to Disneyland Paris is filled with Mickey-shaped snacks and the most magical memories. You're
almost there!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
