I had one more visit left on my pass when the pandemic hit and the parks closed. Do I still have that left as a possibility?

    Hi Colette!

Welcome to the planDisney Panel! So wonderful to be able to assist a fellow Floridian! If I'm not mistaken, the tickets you purchased were called the Florida Resident Discover Disney Tickets and originally they could be used between the months of January and June. These tickets have now been extended to September 30, 2020. Since the parks have been open since mid-July, there have been no additional extensions announced. You can find this  information by visiting this page: Reopening Theme Parks Updates.

Colette, there are also a few ways to check the expiration and/or validity of your ticket. The quickest way would be to link the ticket to your My Disney Experience Account. If the ticket is valid, it will successfully link and provide an expiration date. Another option would be to call Guest Relations at (407) 939-1289 and they will be able to look up that ticket for you. Lastly, you can email Guest Relations by completing the inquiry form found on this page: Guest Relations - Email Us. Be sure to include the ticket number in the email so that they can have all the information to provide you with a speedy response.

Did you know? As a Florida Resident, you have many special offers available to you! For more information, please visit this page: Florida Resident Special Offers.

It has been a pleasure assisting you Colette! Thanks again for sending your question to the planDisney Panel!
