one of the users of the 3-day socal pass had an emergency and will not be able to attend the remaining 2 days, can I do something about the pass?

    Hello there, Rogelio!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for asking a question about Disneyland Resort theme park tickets. I’m glad you took advantage of the ticket offer for Southern California residents because it is a great way to enjoy more magic for less!

I’m so sorry to hear someone in your group was unable to visit the theme parks on the days you had planned. Unfortunately, theme park tickets are nonrefundable and may not be sold or transferred to another person once they have been partially used. However, as long as the ticket remains valid, the Guest can book a new theme park reservation on a future date. Please keep in mind that these special 3-day, 1-park per day tickets are valid for admission through June 2, 2024, so there are still a few weeks left for them to use the remaining days if possible! Should you have more questions about the terms and conditions of this ticket offer, please call (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member.

I hope this answers your question, Rogelio, and that your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is pixie-dusted to perfection! Please don’t hesitate to stop by again with more questions as you continue planning.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
