Hi, Mary Beth!
There are so many wonderful ways to determine how best to utilize your meal entitlements while on a
Disney Dining Plan. Although you can surely compare prices of menu items by utilizing the posted menus on Walt Disney World's website, or by comparing reviews made on such fantastic unofficial websites such as allears.net or disneyfoodblogs.com, have you considered maximizing your Quick-Service meals instead?
One fantastic gem of a Quick-Service restaurant is tucked away in the Marketplace side of Downtown Disney. Wolfgang Puck Express (not cafe) is often agreed-upon as the best QS Restaurant on property, as the menu, service and value really make this feel much more like a Table-Service location than anything else. Guests can order a fabulous Oven Roasted Salmon with fennel, arugula, onions, roasted potatoes, tomato vinaigrette and horseradish cream ($18) or Cavatappi Chicken Alfredo, peas, bacon and parmesan ($15) plus your beverage and a wonderful dessert as well. Head over to wolfgangpuck.com, and click on "Casual Dining" on the "Restaurants" tab. Select "Wolfgang Puck Express" from the Casual Dining Options and head to the listing for the restaurant at "Disney Marketplace (Orlando)." You'll see the menu posted there.
Another great Quick-Service location is
Sunshine Seasons in Epcot's The Land Pavilion. Here, you'll find some great, fresh entree options, along with tasty beverages and one of the most impressive dessert selections you'll find at any QS Restaurant on property.
Should you be committed to finding that best TS location for an out-of-pocket experience, send another question. I'd love to help!
