Hello, one more ?. Is a 5:00 T-rex reservation possible with Chip-n-dales campfire being a MUST. also will prob skip the movie, think we will be able to see the Electric Water Pageant that night too. Staying at POP Century. Thanks so much for your helP

    Katrina:

    It will be very TIGHT.

Honestly, you should arrive early for T-Rex and see if they'll seat you earlier--and then make sure your waiter knows you are on a tight schedule.  We ate there last week and while we had a fabulous meal, the service slowed down greatly once our orders were placed and our drinks arrived.  A time-saver is looking at the very extensive menu BEFORE you're seated.  If you want dessert, place it with your dinner order.

Keep in mind that you can't just drive up to the Meadows Trading Post at Fort Wilderness, park your car and walk to the Chip 'n' Dale's free campfire sing-a-long.  You'll have to park (or ride the bus) to the fort's Outpost and then take one of the internal buses to the stop and then walk about 100 yards.  If you can, try to keep your dinner as close to 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes as possible!

As for skipping the movie for the water pageant.  The water pageant doesn't get to the pier until around 9:30 p.m. You'll have a good hour to 2 hours depending on what time of year you're there between the end of the singalong and the 15-minute walk to the pier.  You might as well enjoy the movie!

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
