How many one time use points can I purchase and how much are they in 2027 at Old Key West?

Hi Donna, welcome home and welcome to planDisney! If you’re like me and many of our other fellow Disney Vacation Club members, your motto might be “always borrowing!” Despite having a couple of add-on Vacation Point contracts, my family seems to never have enough points. Now let’s talk about what we can do to satisfy that problem with One-Time-Use Points!

Currently, you can purchase up to 24 One-Time-Use Points per Use Year. Currently, One-Time-Use Points cost $20 per point, but be sure to check with a Cast Member as prices are always subject to change. As a reminder, One-Time-Use Points can only be used for any DVC Resort you're eligible to book at 7 months out (i.e. not during your Home Resort Priority Period). In order to purchase One-Time-Use Points, you'll have to contact Member Services.

Donna, are you aware of Membership Magic Beyond? This optional program is open to DVC members eligible for Membership Extras. For a one time fee of $99, you have access through the remainder of this calendar year to many benefits such as specially priced theme park tickets, a 30-day Memory Maker entitlement for Walt Disney World, and priority access to Member Lounges. But the best benefit of all (and right up your alley!) is bonus One-Time-Use Points! Specifically, Membership Magic Beyond provides a buy one get one free discount on One-Time-Use Points. So, you could purchase 24 One-Time-Use Points for the price of 12. This discount practically pays for the Membership Magic Beyond, giving you all those other perks as a bonus! You can sign up for Membership Magic Beyond online or by contacting Member Services.

I hope this information brings music to your ears and on the right path towards booking that next DVC villa! Donna, if you have any further questions about DVC or Disney vacation planning in general, please feel free to contact me and my fellow panelists here at planDisney!

    Your pal,
