    One of my tickets uploaded under the wrong name. Can I edit the name?

    I’m so glad to hear you were able to get tickets and park reservations, and that you’ll be visiting the Disneyland Resort theme parks in less than 2 weeks! After an extended closure, I’m guessing you’re more than ready to return to a land of Magic

    I’m guessing Stitch was probably wreaking havoc when you were trying to complete your purchase. Melanee, as you probably know, during the initial phased reopening of Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, only California residents will be allowed to visit the theme parks based on state guidelines. Cast Members at the entrance may require Guests to present valid identification to show proof of California residency. Therefore, it’ll be important that the name on your ticket matches the name on your identification card. I suggest that you contact Disneyland Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 to speak directly with a friendly Cast Member, who will be able to help you with changing the name on your ticket. There may be a slight wait time before connecting to a Cast Member, but your patience is greatly appreciated!
