    One of my tickets did not link to my account. Have you heard of this problem

    It's the worst when technology doesn't do what you've asked it to do!

    I would recommend going back into your My Disney Experience account and try to link that extra ticket one more time. If that doesn't work, I would recommend calling the My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+ phone line. A Cast Member will be happy to help you figure out why that ticket isn't connecting!

    I hope this tech issue gets resolved soon so you can go back to having fun planning a magical vacation!
