It doesn't sound as though you're having the most magical start to planning your visit to
Walt Disney World. Let's see if we can get this sorted out so that you can concentrate on more pressing things like how many pairs of mouse ears to pack or, which dining reservations you might want to make.
Regardless of whether you have purchased tickets on their own or, have booked a Hotel + Ticket package, all of the tickets which you have purchased should appear in the My Tickets & Passes section of the
My Disney Experience App.
You can find the My Tickets & Passes option on the My Disney Experience App by clicking on the "≡" (hamburger) symbol in the bottom right hand corner of the home screen and clicking on the box titled My Tickets & Passes.
If you are still only able to see 6 out of the 7 tickets you have purchased, I would recommend contacting
Technical Support who will be more than happy to help resolve this situation for you.
I have had to contact Technical Support myself several times over the years and they have never failed to rectify any issues that I've been having.
