Gerardo Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I have one ticket with my wife's name and I have two tickets with my name. Are there any problem for my fourteen year old son to get into Disneyland park with a ticket with my name?

    Happy Holidays, Gerardo!

You should not have any problem using your three tickets for your family. Assigning names to Disney eTickets allows you to remember which ticket you plan to use witch which guest. If the names aren’t all correct, that’s OK. When you have your eTickets scanned at the theme park entrance, the Cast Member there will take a photo of the guest using the ticket and will print out your regular theme park ticket for you to use. You can write the correct name on that ticket at that time. That will help keep straight which guest will use which ticket for getting Disney FASTPASS and for park re-entry.

If your tickets include Disney MaxPass or if you purchase MaxPass on a day-by-day basis, your Disney eTickets in the Disneyland app will automatically be converted to your actual tickets after the eTickets are scanned and activated. The new ticket number in the app will match the number on the ticket that is printed and delivered to you when you first enter the parks. You can use that ticket number to help keep track of which ticket belongs to each member of your party.

Tony’s Tip: When using Disney MaxPass, if all of your party stays together and selects the same Disney FASTPASS return times, keeping track of which ticket belongs to whom won’t be necessary. You may even choose to have just one person scan the tickets (either the printed tickets or the tickets in the Disneyland app) at the FASTPASS return entrance at each attraction. And the order won’t matter. If you do happen to split up your party for different FASTPASS choices, you will need to use the correct ticket for each guest. And the correct ticket must be used for each guest when re-entering the parks.

I hope you have a Fantasmic! time during your vacation. Visiting during the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort is my favorite. I love the holiday décor and the delicious seasonal foods and treats.

    Have a magical time, Gerardo!
