Hey there Erin,
Welcome to planDisney from a fellow Arizonan! I'm glad you stopped by with your question and thrilled to see you have a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth coming up in just a couple of short months.
Standard theme park tickets are typically valid for about two years or so from their original purchase date. For example, multi-day tickets purchased today through the Disneyland Resort website are valid until January 12, 2028. Therefore, if you purchased standard tickets within the last year through the Disneyland Resort website then they are likely still valid at least throughout this year.
However, you can check the exact expiration date for your tickets by looking up your original purchase confirmation in your email by searching "Disneyland Confirmation."
As for adding the Park Hopper option, you're typically able to do this for standard theme park tickets, but will just need to
call a Cast Member at the Tickets line to get this taken care.
From there, you'll just want to log in to the
My Plans hub and set up your
theme park reservations for these tickets for your upcoming trip to match the reservations for the rest of your party.
You'll be visiting right around the start of
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, so be sure to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for more information on all of the fun and delicious bites that will be on offer around that park during your visit.
Thanks again for your question, Erin! I hope you have an amazing time on your upcoming trip.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
