Can some one tell me what size backpack is allowed inside the parks? Thank You!

Hey there, Crystal! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel and asking your question!

Whenever I travel to the Walt Disney World Resort, I always seem to have a long list of things that I need to bring with me. Snacks, water bottles, sunscreen, tissues, hand sanitizer, ponchos, and the list goes on! So of course we store all these items in a backpack so we are prepared for just about anything. According to Park Rules, backpacks cannot be larger than 24” long x 15” wide x 18” high. I think you will find that the majority of backpacks fit within this restriction so you shouldn’t have a problem. Keep in mind that all bags and belongings are subject to search when you enter a theme park. You will need to open every pocket and zippered compartment and it’s best to have your bag open and ready to go when you approach security.

Additionally, you can bring your bags with you on attractions. Most attractions will have you place your belongings at your feet, plus some will have a pouch for small loose items like sunglasses and hats. If you would rather be unencumbered while enjoying the parks, feel free to store your items in lockers available to rent at all theme parks.

I hope this information was helpful. See ya real soon!
