Can we use one of our table service meal credits at a quick service restaurant, or do we have to go to a sit down establishment?

    Hi, there!

Chelli, I'm so happy to hear you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort this Fall. You're sure to have a magical stay!

There are many benefits of staying at a Disney Resort hotel, but one of my absolute favorites is the ability to add a dining plan to a vacation package. My family loves the Disney Dining Plan in particular. We've found it to be super convenient and flexible! Guests who have the Disney Dining Plan may use a Table-Service entitlement to purchase a Quick-Service meal. Generally speaking, this is a poor use of a Table-Service entitlement since Quick-Service meals are usually less expensive, but it is permitted!

To get the most bang for your buck with the Disney Dining Plan, I recommend using all your Table-Service entitlements at Table-Service restaurants, rather than at Quick-Service dining locations. There are many restaurants throughout the Walt Disney World Resort that can seat you quickly without a reservation. When my family is strolling through World Showcase, we usually choose a Table-Service restaurant on a whim!

I hope this was helpful, Chelli. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
