    One of my son's is listed as the wrong age. When I reserved his ticket, I was not able to change the age. How do I change his age?

    Your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is just a few days away! The magic of the holiday season, the EARidescent wonder of the 50th Anniversary Celebration, and the thrill of a new year are waiting for you and your family! 

    I’ve had one of my family members with the wrong birth date (and therefore the wrong age) on my Disney account before! Thankfully it’s a really simple fix, Rebecca! Just follow the steps below, and your son will be updated on your account! 

    -Log in to your account on the Walt Disney World Resort website
    -Hover over the “My Disney Experience” tab on the righthand side of your screen. 
    -Scroll down and select the “My Family & Friends” option. 
    -Select the “Update” option next to your son’s profile. 
    -Change his birthday to reflect his correct age. 

    Once you’ve done that, his profile will be updated in the system and you’ll be able to see his correct age on the Walt Disney World Resort website and the My Disney Experience Mobile App
