has any one shipped suitcases to there hotel? i am working on surprise trip for my family and trying to think of ideas on what to do and how should i do it. i know we can have groceries and stuff mailed to our hotel but curious on suitcase

Thank you for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Samantha! What a wonderful thought you’ve had for your family. My husband surprised me with a trip this past Spring… but it was one I had already planned.

See, what he had done was to follow my plans to the hilt and copy them. He surprised me as a traveling companion and left with me that morning for a weekend of Dapper Day. It was a great surprise to have him hop in the car with me, and pile his suitcase in the back! You could absolutely ship anything you like to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, but you will have to plan carefully for the arrival date, not to mention the shipping cost for a heavy suitcase as well as the package receiving fee for packages (this does not apply to grocery deliveries like Garden Grocer). If I were you, I’d secretly book flights and hotel and all else for a Magic Your Way Vacation Package and load the suitcases into the car the night before. Then, the next morning, pretend to head to breakfast… and then head to the airport! What a magical day it will be!

If I can help you plan more of your surprise, please let me know. Have a magical week! ~ Lindsey P.
