    One more ques... My son has juvenile rheumatiod arthritis and we are planning on staying at Carribean beach resort.. What buildings do you recomend that dont require walking a counrty mile.. lol also are the pirate rooms in close proximity?

    Hi Ashley,

    I've stayed in several areas of the Caribbean Beach Resort, including in a pirate room. While the pirate rooms are creatively decorated, they are located in the Trinidad South village which is further from the main resort area, Old Port Royale.

    If close proximity to the food court, main pool, etc. is important to your family, I would recommend booking a Preferred Room and request building 25 or 26 in the Martinique village. I would have noted your son's medical concerns and your request on your reservation. While requests are not guaranteed, this gives the resort an idea as to your family's preference.

    Preferred rooms cost a bit more per night, however, I think you'll find the cost worth it as the Caribbean Beach Resort is very large.
