In one of the Q&A here concerning a ECV the panel told the user to use an ECV as well as a stroller for the child. if the ECV is used how would the person store, carry, push or pull the stroller with or without the child?

Hi Keith! I am sure the panelist was considering that there would be an extra adult who might be able to push the stroller through the parks while the ECV was in use. I am not aware of the circumstances from the first question but if you are the one in need of the ECV and bringing a child this will be difficult. It is not allowed for you to pull something behind the vehicle or try to push a child in a stroller while using an ECV. There are options but they are pricey. Kids Nite Out baby sitting service will hire out sitters to go to the parks with you and the person would then be able to assist with the child. You would be required to pay entrance to the sitter as well as an hourly fee so it is pretty expensive.
