I am really happy to hear that you are planning to visit Walt Disney World Resort, especially during the 50th Anniversary Celebration!

Katherine, I fully understand your trepidation in using this new Disney Genie+ service for more than 40 attractions and experiences at all four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, I was too, until I tried it on my first day, and was awestruck at how much I experienced in a shorter time-span, thereby allowing me to head back to my Disney Resort hotel to relax or head to Disney Springs for some shopping and dining. You can try it for one day and see if this service suits your needs, or you are also welcome to use the standby queue at attractions using the complimentary Disney Genie service which will offer you a personalized suggested itinerary based on your preferred attractions, experiences and dining, all with updates for approximate wait times at attraction standby queues.

The good news, is that once you connect your travel party to your Family & Friends list in your My Disney Experience account and/or mobile app in advance of your arrival, and once the purchase for the Disney Genie+ service for each person, each day, is completed, all you need to do is select from your Family & Friends list who will be joining you on a Lightning Lane Entrance attraction during your visit.

Just remember to make your Disney Park Pass reservations using your valid theme park admission in advance of your arrival to include all in your Family & Friends list using your My Disney Experience app.
