Hey there, Troy! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I’m sorry to hear one person in your party can’t make it for your trip. Rest assured, you can cancel one of the reservations and leave the other one intact.
If you log in to your
Disneyland account, go to “My Disneyland” and “Ticket and Reservation Details.” Then, click on “View My Park Reservations” and you should see the list of your current reservations. Click on the “Cancel Reservation” link and on the next page you will have the option to select which Guest’s reservation you want to cancel. (I know it can be unnerving to click the ‘Cancel Reservation’ button!)
The unused ticket will remain linked to your account and a new reservation can be made at a future date.
