Hi Patricia, welcome to planDisney!
I hope that your party is healthy and safe and has not contracted COVID! I do want you to know that the
Disneyland Resort's team of health and safety experts are closely monitoring the
latest COVID-19 protocols, and they are doing their best to keep the health and safety of Guests a top priority!
If a member of your party is unable to visit the Disneyland Resort, they will be able to change their
theme park reservations to another future date that works for them! But please know that while
theme park tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, they are valid until their stated expiration date. If the party member's ticket happens to expire, don't worry they still have options! Per Disney's
eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. So no matter their situation, Mickey and his pals can help ensure a magical vacation awaits!
If you need to change the theme park reservation of one of your party members, you'll first need to cancel their current reservation. To start, you'll need to log in to your Disneyland Resort account. Then select the "My Disneyland" link and click the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link. Next, select the reservation you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Reservation". You'll then be able to select the party member who needs to cancel. Once canceled, you can book a new reservation, but you don't have to book right away. You can wait to book at a future date that works for them!
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
See ya real soon!
