One person from my reservation can’t make it. What do I do?

    Hi Laura!

Welcome back to planDisney, I'm glad you decided to visit us again!

How exciting that your magical vacation is just about to begin! I know it can be tough to coordinate vacation planning with multiple party members, Mickey runs into the same issue with his pals at times! But GOOD NEWS! You can easily change the reservation dates for your specific party members that are unable to attend your currently planned vacation! You'll need to cancel their current theme park reservation and book a new reservation for their desired date and theme park. Also, the new reservation does not have to be booked right away. You are completely free to book at a later time. But please know that reservations are limited and can be fully booked. Be sure to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar.

To cancel your party members' current theme park reservation, you'll need to start by logging in to your Disneyland Resort account, selecting the "My Disneyland" link, clicking the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link and selecting the "Cancel Reservation" option. In the next step, you can select the party members you are wanting to cancel the reservations for. Easy right?

Before you start your trip at the Disneyland Resort, have you considered using the Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ services? They have the potential to make your trip even more magical, I highly recommend taking a peek! The Disneyland Resort website has some great how-to videos to help you get started!

    See ya real soon!
