Can more than one person in your planning party be on the app at the same time for different parks for buying and booking multi pass?

Welcome back to planDisney Lisa, and thanks for bringing us your question! It sounds like you're getting ready for an exciting day filled with magic across the parks! Coordinating plans with your party is a great way to make the most of your time at Walt Disney World Resort, and I’d be happy to help you understand how using the My Disney Experience app can keep everyone connected and ready for fun, even if you're heading to different parks.

To share plans with everyone in your party, I would suggest that they create their own My Disney Experience account, if they haven't already, then adding them to your Friends & Family list. I would next suggest connecting your account to theirs on their own devices. This will allow you to manage all your plans from your own account while still being able to share reservation plans and tickets with everyone in your party. They will be able to see all plans including Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets and Lightning Lane Selections.

When using Lightning Lane Passes, each guest must purchase it for themselves through their My Disney Experience account. As long as everyone in your group has purchased Lightning Lane Passes for the same day and is linked through the Friends & Family list, reservations can be made either together by one person or individually.

By linking through the Friends & Family list, one person can oversee and coordinate reservations for the group. This is especially helpful for families or groups who prefer one person to take the lead in planning. If different members of the group want to experience different attractions, the app allows for flexibility. Each individual can choose and manage their own reservations, and you’ll still see the plans for those who are linked. For high demand attractions, it’s often best for one person to make the reservations for the group to ensure everyone gets the same return time.

Lisa, I hope you find this information helpful as you prepare for an exciting visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Thank you again for visiting planDisney. Have a magical day!
