Hello - one person in our party has special food needs not handled by our favorite restaurant. Can she bring food from a different restaurant and dine with us. Thanks

Welcome back, Marilyn! We are thrilled to see you've dropped by with another great planning question for us!

One of the reasons that I love Disneyland so much is that it's a place for everyone! I'm sorry to hear that one of the Guests in your party has some food sensitivities that prevents them from dining at a specific location. In cases like these, I would think it would be okay to bring food from another location or even their own meal or food that they brought into the parks. I suggest visiting the Cast Members out front of the location ahead of time to confirm with them that someone in your party has special food requirements and to make sure that they can bring in food from another location to be able to enjoy the reservation with the rest of the party. I am sure you have already, but if not, I suggest reaching out to the Special Dietary Team within 14 days of your visit to see if they can better support your party member.

I hope your party is excited to celebrate 70 years of Disneyland Resort! The Disney Parks Blog is my go-to source for all the latest news and announcement and last week they updated the official guide to the 70th Celebration with all the latest information. Check it out and stay tuned for more!

Marilyn, thanks for trusting us with your planning questions again! You know where to find us for the next one!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
