One person in my party is not tall enough to ride one of the options in our groups multipass LL choices. Is there a way to exclude this individual from this particular ride and not pay for them?

Welcome to planDisney, Miranda! You've asked a great question, and it definitely comes up when you're traveling with a mixed-age or mixed-height group. Let's walk through how Lightning Lane Multi Pass works and what your options are when someone in your party doesn't meet the height requirement for a specific attraction.

First things first: Lightning Lane Multi Pass is paid for per day, not per attraction. That means if one person in your group isn't able (or doesn't want) to ride one of your selected attractions, there isn't a way to opt them out of just that one experience and pay less for the day. Everyone with a Multi Pass will pay the same daily rate based on the date and the park you'll be visiting, regardless of which rides they personally choose.

But here's the good news: you've still got some flexibility! When you're making your Lightning Lane selections in advance, you can absolutely leave that attraction off their list. So if the rest of your group wants to ride something like Space Mountain or Expedition Everest, but one of your party isn't tall enough, you can simply pick a different ride for them instead, provided they're old enough to ride on their own. They'll still get three Lightning Lane reservations in advance, just not the same ones as the rest of the group for that particular attraction.

And here's another tip: once you've used your first Lightning Lane return time, you'll unlock the ability to book another one, even as the other two future reservations remain on your list. That way, you can keep stacking return times throughout the day and make the most of your Multi Pass.

    Have a magical day, Miranda!
