If one person in the party can’t make the embarkation can they meet you at the next port? My husband has had changes at work & may not be able to leave with us to make the Friday departure & may need to come on Saturday when we will be in Nassau.

    Welcome to planDisney Laura!

I am sorry to hear your husband may have a change in his travel plans for your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation. Unfortunately, if he plans to join you, it will have to be where the cruise originates. He cannot hop on the ship at a later port.

Please let your husband know that there are internet packages available with Connect@Sea while on board if this helps at all. Also, your ship will not leave port on your departure day until later in the afternoon, so he will still have phone access with his mobile device until then. I don't know if any of this is helpful, but I am hoping you can find a solution so your cruise can continue as planned.

For further assistance with making any changes to your cruise reservation, please call a friendly Disney Cruise Line agent. They will be happy to chat with you about your options.

Sending pixie dust to you that your cruising plans can sail forward for you and your family!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
