I have one person that is injured and can’t go on our reservation day. Can I get a refund for that ticket? The reservation is 4/13/23

Hi Shannon! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by and sending your question to us.

I'm so sorry to hear that someone in your travel party is injured and I hope they heal quickly! Theme Park Tickets, once purchased, are nonrefundable. The good news is that there is an option with the ticket that will be unused. There is generally a lot of time to use it for a future date. For example, one-day tickets that are purchased through the Disneyland website or the Disneyland Mobile App today are valid now through December 30, 2024. Be sure to cancel the Theme Park Reservation for the person that cannot attend so a future date can be reserved once they are up to visiting the magic.

Even though your travel party will be one person less, I hope you have so much fun at The Happiest Place on Earth! The Disney100 Celebration is in full swing and makes visiting even more magical! If you have planning questions in the future, please stop by planDisney again. We would love to help!

    Wishing you magical memories,
    Lisa
