Theme Park Tickets straightened out before you turn into a pumpkin!
Are you and your fellow magic maker connected via the Family & Friends List? If you are, and the ticket has been assigned to you under the connected profile, tap the three-lined icon in the bottom right corner of the screen in your
My Disney Experience app. When you tap My Tickets and Passes, you should be able to see it there. If you still don't see it, try logging out of your account and logging back in because the technology may just be lagging a bit. If all else fails, reach out to a Cast Member via the Chat With Us function in the app.
Pro tip: If you're not using a
MagicBand for this trip. Turn that ticket into a
MagicMobile Pass that you can use from your mobile device. Just tap the icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and scroll down to Set Up MagicMobile Entry. Follow all the prompts and add your new pass to your mobile wallet to be tapped at the entrances just like you would if using mobile pay anywhere else.
