Hi, can more than one person in a group arrange group fast passes? So if I was organising fast passes for my group could someone else organise fast passes for a different day at the same time?

Hello, Wayne! Thanks for coming to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!

Traveling as a group to Walt Disney World Resort can be a magical experience; however, it also requires a little more planning and communication in advance. Synchronizing dining plans and FastPass+ selections is a whole lot easier when you utilize the Family & Friends list in My Disney Experience. Dividing up the work, and allowing someone else from your planning party to help with the FastPass+ planning is a terrific idea! You can both be on your own My Disney Experience accounts at the same time, and as long as you are each reserving FastPasses for different days, you should be fine! You'll see an error message only if you are both planning the same day. You can start making your selections as early as 30 days before you arrive. Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests get the added perk of choosing their experiences 60 days before check-in, so mark the date on your calendars, and it will be ready, set, GO at 7:00 AM EST!

If you have a large party, it can be tricky to coordinate and find FastPass+ times for everyone in your group. Here's a Moms Panel tip: Be willing to be flexible. FastPass+ return times are always a one hour window. Let's say you can get a 12:00-1:00 PM time for a portion of your group. Then see if you can get a similar time that overlaps for the rest of your party, such as 12:30-1:30 PM so that you can visit the attraction together.

I hope this helps, Wayne! If there's anything else we can do, remember we're all ears!

Meet the Panelist: Eean, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
